STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS done with NAUTICUS HULL:

3D-BEAM - Modeling and analysis of beam structures.
Rule Check Extended – Design loads, structural response.
Section scantling - For design and verification of the hull girder strength, local strength and buckling of plates and stiffeners according to
Det Norske Veritas' Rules for ships.
Fatigue - Calculates the fatigue life of longitudinal structure and stiffeners
Rudder - Design loads for the rudder based on the main particulars
of the ship and the rudder geometry
Hull equipment

Interference detection between structure, pipe, and outfitting items:

General Arrangement & Tank Plan
Class Approval Drawings & Calculations
Faired Body lines
Production Drawings & documentation.
Code for any cutting machine
Excel spreadsheets for fast & accurate processing of cutting information
The software, spreadsheets & AutoCAD are part of an integrated system that speeds up the design process.

We had developed our own in-house software modules to increase the productivity and minimize errors in the process of producing cutting information. The in-house standard and working procedures provides the proper workflow for the development of the production schedule according to the client's requirements.

FastShip, Rhino 3D, AutoCAD & ShipConstructor:

Surfaces modeling based on topological NURBS technology for complete hull design package.
3D modeling technology used for ships and offshore structures. Fair, loft, model 3D structure, route pipe, outfit, nest parts, and produce NC-code with accurate production reports at any time.

The whole documentation package is produced based on 3D analyze:

Rapidly and logically build 3D ship structure using a host of industry specific tools.
Fair and Loft ship hulls and other surfaces with the industry's best tool.

Units drawings (AutoCAD files) - ready for yard production:

Creating an assembly master is now a thing of the past, cutting down on potential errors. The assembly drawing generation process gets all required parts for specific assemblies directly from the current 3D model.
